P.H. Moriarty was a British character and voice actor. He started his acting career relatively late in life at the age of 40. Before acting he was a longshoreman (docker in England) and a boxer. He is most renowned for the roles of Razors in "The Long Good Friday" and Hatchet Harry in "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels". He also played Gurney Halleck in the Sci Fi Channel's 2000 miniseries "Frank Herbert's Dune" and its 2003 sequel, "Frank Herbert's Children of Dune".
