Diane Keaton (January 5, 1946 – October 11, 2025) was an American actress. Through the course of her career, spanning over five decades, she received numerous awards to include the Academy Award for Best Actress, a BAFTA award, two golden Globes, two Emmys and a Tony. She rose to prominence with movie going audiences in 1972 as Kay Adams-Corleone inThe Godfatherand super stardom when she appeared inAnnie Hall(1977) for which she received the Acadamy Award for Best Actress.
