Jerry Stiller (1927-2020) was an American actor/comedian who is best known to television audiences for his roles as Arthur Spooner in the seriesThe King of Queensand as Frank Costanza in the sitcomSeinfeld. a role for which he received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. He also has appeared in such films asThe Taking of Pelham One Two Three,HairsprayandZoolander 2. He also is the father of actor/comedianBen Stiller.
