Andrew "Andreas" Katsulas(May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006) was an American actor of Greek descent who was well known for his roles in science fiction television, which included the Romulan Commander Tomalak inStar Trek: The Next Generationand Ambassador G'Kar inBabylon 5. One of his notable film roles was as the one-armed man in the film adaptation ofThe Fugitive (1993). He passed away in 2006 from lung cancer.
