William Bradley Pitt, better known as Brad Pitt, is an American actor and producer. Born to a middle-class family in Oklahoma in 1963, his acting career began in the late 1980s, mostly in minor film and television roles. His first leading role was in the 1988 Yugoslavian productionThe Dark Side of the Sun. His gained wider recognition as J.D. inThelma & Louise, and further prominence as Tyler Durden in 1999'sFight Club. As one of the most popular and influential actors in the modern day, Pitt is well known for his leading man roles in such films asLegends of the Fall,Se7en,Fury, andMr. & Mrs. Smithin addition to his role as Rusty in threeOcean's Elevenfilms.
